Children’s Sailing Courses

  • Plymouth Youth Sailing – ‘Fit and Fed’ Programme (April 1st – 4th, 2025)
    This fantastic initiative introduces children to the joys of sailing while keeping them active and engaged during the Easter holidays. It’s a great way for kids to learn new skills, build confidence on the water, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Plym Yacht Club Cadets – Weekly Sailing Sessions
    If your child is interested in learning to sail, Plym Yacht Club offers a Cadets program with weekly Tuesday evening sessions at Oreston Quay Slipway. This is a great opportunity for young sailors to develop their skills in a relaxed and social setting.

Junior Sailing Program – Registration Opens Soon!

  • Plymouth Yacht Club Junior Sailing Program
    While the full program runs from June to August, registration opens on March 17th, 2025. This program caters to young sailors aged 7-17, with classes available for complete beginners as well as those looking to sharpen their racing skills.
